blue and green are my favourite colours,

they make me feel heard and seen.

it welcomes you in, it’s a home for all,

create memories without a screen.

blue is calm and flows all around,

it’s here to help us survive.

open your ears and allow you to feel,

you will soon feel the most alive.

green is nurture and a safe space,

waiting with patience to heal our souls.

just breathe and be present, and you will see,

you can achieve all of your goals.

–

green and blue give life to us all,

even if we fail to see.

it doesn’t discriminate who you are,

they want us all to feel free.

–

but many people don’t get to experience,

the healing green and blue can do.

be willing to change and open up,

a whole new world can come into view.
